The calendar on the sidebar has been removed, not just because it was "cramping my style", but because it had to be so small to fit in the sidebar, that many details were hidden and unreadable in certain browsers and screen resolutions. Therefore, I have moved it to its own page, accessible here, or via the Nav section on the sidebar to your right.
A number of 2008 dates have been added to the calendar, kindly thanks to MA.
